Welcome to Live With Spirit. It's it's an exciting time for you, if you are thinking about yoga teacher training. It's an honor to be a yoga teacher and I love to share this experience with new yogi's.
In 10 months you can be certified Yoga teacher. How exciting is that ? You may start our program anytime and just complete the required 10 months.

Program Details:
The Live With Spirit Yoga Teacher Training program was created 10 years ago based on our desire to help others become masterful yoga teachers, and grow in their own practice. I realized there was a need in the community for yoga teacher training programs that offered the students lots of opportunities to practice teach and learn in small class settings.
The Live With Spirit 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training program will:

Give you the skills you need to safely and competently guide others in their practice

Give you an in-depth understanding of the business of yoga
-
Give you a solid base in anatomy and you will learn proper alignment and teaching skills based on the most up to date knowledge.

Give you the ability to guide and influence others

Start anytime, the course is ongoing. You must complete 10 weekends before graduating, hand in all assignments and complete 20 classes.

Each course comes with its own course manual, there will be some at-home assignments, and attendance at 20 yoga classes is required before the final graduation certificate. Registration fees include 20 classes that must be completed before graduation.

We are a Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYT 200) and a Canadian Yoga Alliance Registered School (CYA 200)

1. In-depth study of postures

Postures are taught based on sound alignment principles.

We review and practice the popular poses and dive into the differences in alignment in the different styles of yoga.

Expect to have many aha moments in your own practice

Learn why so many yoga injuries are occurring and how to prevent this.

2. Anatomy for Yoga Teachers

Review postures by muscles groups and see how small shifts in movements can create deeper and safer postures.

Yoga anatomy is the beginning of understanding the physical benefits of yoga.

3. Hatha Yoga Sequencing

Learn to create well-designed Hatha yoga classes.

Hatha yoga is the basis for all other styles of yoga.

Incorporate the language of yoga into your classes
