What we stand for.
We believe in the universal Golden Rule which is; to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This crosses all races, sexual orientation and more.
Inclusive
We welcome everyone. Our Community welcomes all bodies, backgrounds, budgets, sexual orientations, and individual expressions of being. Male, female, 2 spirits, prefer not to identify, we welcome you with open arms and a yoga mat.
Environment
We are passionate about the environment. Please bring your own water bottles to class as we don’t offer plastic in our studio.
Community
“It takes a village to raise a child” (African Proverb) we would love to support your community events and we believe that giving back is our responsibility.
Out Reach
Each year we host a Charity Trail race in Heberdown Conservation Area. This is our major fundraiser in support of Abilities Centre located in Whitby. The community is important to us and to date, we have raised $5,000.00 to support others in our community..

Just when a caterpillar thinks it’s life is over it emerges as a butterfly, we want to support this transformational process for you.
