Becoming a yoga teacher is a calling from deep within, it's the quiet yet strong voice that helps you to find your true Dharma (destiny/path). Teaching yoga not only deepens your own practice, but it allows you to help others discover this ancient science that the world needs today more than ever. If you have ever wondered why you are here, or wanted to help others find peace, then Yoga Teacher Training is for you. This course is taught by experienced yoga teachers who have travelled and studied in South East Asia and North America. Blending both East and West teachings into a comprehensive yoga course.

Our teacher training program is affordable as you pay monthly, for the 10 months $275.00 plus HST per month. A small deposit of the first and last month's course fees plus HST, holds your spot.

Erin M (Whitby)
I loved my experience in Sheree RYT 200 program. She is a motivating teacher whose love of yoga shines through each lesson. I enjoyed the monthly weekend sessions as it gave me time to study, practice on my own and reflect on the material. I would highly recommend Sherees RYT 200 course.

I thoroughly enjoyed my RYT 200 training with Sheree of Live With Spirit. Her passion for Yoga is demonstrated clearly through her teaching. The program is well-rounded and presented in great detail and all questions are answered through practical application and discussion. Sheree makes all participants feel welcome and all are encouraged to bring something to the table. The program is awesome and I highly recommend it!

Joey H (Lindsay)
I completed my RYT-200 with Live With Spirit studio in Sept 2011. My experience with Sheree was an enhancing and positive one. Sheree provided well a very thought out and planned blend of theory and anatomy, along with a strong practice focus. On a more personal level, I felt a strong connection to her honest, non-judgmental, heartful and genuine nature.

Leah H (Oshawa)
I completed Sheree's RYT200 in March of 2011. I now teach yoga for the city as well a run my own small business. Sheree's course embraced all the facets of yoga; from the deep spiritual and holistic side of the practice through to the business end. Sheree's knowledge base for the art is extensive and she continues to extend that wisdom with constant upgrading, teaching, and practicing yoga on her own time. Sheree always had answers for classroom questions and continues to support her students after graduation. Sheree bonds with each student as an individual and then further ties a group of strangers together to create lasting friendships. Something more than learning happens at Live with Spirit. There is personal growth and a healing journey all wrapped up in one package.
