Welcome to Live With Spirit, located in downtown Whitby Our clients come from all over Durham Region, including Brooklin, Oshawa, Port Perry, Columbus, Ajax and Pickering. We draw students from a wide area because we are different; we are better, we care and we are serious about getting you the results you want! No over packed classes taught be kids who don't seem to care.

We know that true fitness comes from a variety of types of classes. Cardio only will kill your metabolism; strength only will not get you the desired fat loss. Our Boot camps, Kettlebell and weight training classes have just the right amount of strength/cardio to tone your body, burn fat , improve your strength and give you "after burn", which means your body will continue to burn calories after you leave class (how cool is that ?).

Not into a strenuous workout today but still want to train, try one of our functional movement yoga, Pilates, TRX or Barre classes. Functional fitness at its best. These classes focus on precise movement, designed to keep you injury free and feeling amazing. These classes focus on eccentric strength which creates a long, lean, toned muscle.

Our mission is to create an environment where all students will feel welcomed, empowered and safe to work at their own level. So all of our classes are multi level, new or experienced you will get a great workout that challenges you.

One of the things that make us different from our competition is our teachers, they are highly skilled teachers and athletes that have not only a passion for what they do, but the training and certifications they need to make them the best in the industry. In their spare time our teachers are out racing, training and competing. They lead by example! Whether you are a seasoned athlete or very beginner we have the class that will suit your needs.
Our other unique difference is the sense of community you feel when you join our studio, here you will make lifetime friends, and experience the true sense of the word yoga (which means "union"), here you are not a small fish in a big pond, you are important, we know your name and we care about you.

Nutrition is so very important, we can't out train a bad diet, and it's that simple. Join us on a monthly or annual membership receive a free one hour coaching session with Sheree. During this hour you will receive a free food plan (Plant based option available), we will discover your triggers to poor eating and we will create a go forward plan to help you stay on track. Food is energy, love it, embrace it but don't let processed foods be your downfall.

If you are new to yoga, you may feel nervous. Trust us; we can help even the most inflexible person feel safe and comfortable in a yoga class. We welcome you to yoga, for us it's been a life changing experience. Our goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone, young and older. Yoga has the ability to greatly impact your mental, physical and even spiritual health.

We also founded the Brooklin Run Club, and offer road and trail running clinics.

Founder and Senior Teacher, Sheree Nicholson is highly certified recognized as E-RYT 500 (E stands for experienced, with thousands of teaching hours behind her), she also wrote 10 yoga manuals and operates a yoga school certifying other teachers. She is also an avid runner, Certified Spin Instructor, Certified Kettlebell Instructor and a certified Pilates Instructor.
