Introduction to Meditation Class
Wednesday 8:15pm (45 minutes) - Special 6 week Introduction to Meditation Class
Start Date is Wednesday May 25th, 8:15pm
Fee is $75.00 plus HST
Learn the basics of meditation, it's benefits and a variety of meditation styles.

Pre-Natal Yoga and Birth Preparation Teacher Training
June 23/24th 10:30 am start date both days.
This course will allow you to safely create and teach classes for the pregnant woman.
Cost for this workshop is $295.00 plus tax and includes a manual.
Topics will include:
· The effects of pregnancy on the body and mind
· The physiology of pregnancy (by trimester)
· The benefits of yoga during pregnancy
· Postures to support a healthy pregnancy, modifications for each trimester, contraindicated postures and posture sequencing
· Pranayama (breath work), and massage techniques
· Relaxation, meditation and visualization techniques to help create a more positive and relaxed birth experience
· How to integrate mindfulness into your classes.
· Laboring positions, birth preparation to empower women in childbirth.
· Partner yoga postures
The studio is open 15 minutes before each class we are closed all statutory holidays.
